We’re currently recruiting for 2 positions to join our growing team at The Lime Kiln.
(1) Experienced Restaurant Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Meet & greet customers and direct to seating
- Manage front desk and client bookings – phone, email, online and walk-ins
- Ensure that tables are set before clients’ arrival
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff and management to ensure that customer complaints are properly addressed
- Assist with function room bookings
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills and friendly manner
- Must be flexible and able to multitask
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Be assertive yet calm under pressure
- Excellent dress code and personal presentation.
(2) Experienced Bar Person
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the bar in warm and friendly manner
- Full knowledge of all food and drink items
- Stocking up the bar and prep for service
- Kepp bar are clean and tidy as well as clean down at the end of service
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in similar position
- Excellent communication skills and friendly manner
- A high level of customer service skills
- Standards driven and detail-orientated
- Excellent product knowledge
- Cocktails and craft beer experience preferable but not essential
- Excellent dress code and personal presentation.
These are both full-time positions including evenings and weekends. Competitive salary dependent on experience.
