Due to continued success and growth of The Lime Kiln Gastropub we are looking to fill a number of key positions in our kitchen.
Chef de partie
We currently have an opening for a Chef de Partie to join our existing team. This could be an ideal opportunity for a progressive, creative and ambitious Chef to take the next step in their career. You’ll work with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure outstanding food is produced and high standards are maintained.
Key Requirements:
- Passionate about cuisine and has a flair for working with the highest quality, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team player
- Keen to progress in their career and eager to learn from senior chefs
- HACCP trained and adheres to food hygiene standards at all times
- Friendly and professional with fellow team members
- Professionally trained and has a minimum of 2 years kitchen experience.
