So it’s Christmas, and Christmas is a time for bubbles! In this prosecco cocktail we’re adding some zing in to the mix to awaken your tastebuds. Limoncello Prosecco is a great aperitif for Christmas entertaining!

• 20ml limoncello (per glass)
• Bottle of prosecco
• Sugar for rim
• Lemon wedge for rim

Rub lemon wedge around rim of glass and then dip the glass into sugar to coat. Pour limoncello into glass and top up with chilled prosecco. Serve immediately and enjoy!
