Sous Chef
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or an individual ready to move up to Sous Chef level with a passion and flare for food. This position will suit an ambitious chef with experience in a busy, fast paced kitchen with a large team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Passionate about cuisine and a flair for working with the highest quality, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients
- Meet high standards in Health & Safety and HACCP
- Be able to take control of and run a busy kitchen in absence of head chef
- Knowledge of ordering, stock control and waste management
- Attention to detail
- Work as part of a busy team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent planning, organizing skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Chef de Partie
Ideal opportunity for an experienced chef with 2 years in a similar role. Main duties to assist the Head Chef and the kitchen team with food preparation and cooking.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to learn on your feet and work hard under pressure
- Be passionate about preparation, cooking and serving of food and adhere to agreed quality standards
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service and hygiene
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team player
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Keen to progress in their career and eager to learn new skills.
Commis Chef
Ideal opportunity for school leaver or chef with 1 years experience to join our busy. Main duties to assist the Head Chef and fellow team members with food preparation and cooking. Must have a real passion and interest in the food industry.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to learn on your feet and work hard under pressure
- Be passionate about preparation, cooking and serving of food and adhere to agreed quality standards
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have fluent English
- Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service and hygiene

- Keen to progress in their career and eager to learn new skills.
