The Lime Kiln were delighted to be featured in last month’s edition of Irish Country Magazine. The article focused on the wonderful success story of Marita Collier and Drummond House Garlic as one of the largest garlic and asparagus growers in Ireland. Marita asked our Head Chef Robert Thompson to prepare recipes for the article and photo shoot using Drummond House Garlic produce. Chef came up with 3 mouthwatering dishes which you can try at home – elephant garlic potato veloute, Drummond House asparagus with roast garlic, lemon butter and poached egg and slow cooked lamb and smoked garlic pie.
